Don't go to these guys. They will take your money. I told them I wanted to file a chapter 7 then a 13. I didn't want to file a 13 first and they talked me into it like that was my only choice. I knew what I wanted to do but they already had my money. So I failed in the 13 because like I told them in the fist place I couldn't afford the plan payment.
This last time they dropped the ball on me was last week. They were supposed to fax over a consent for to my mortgage company. They didn't. And now it is costing me precious time, 3 to 4 weeks in negotiations with my mortgage company to work out a loan modification.
Go to Magdalena Gonzalez instead. I have used her before. She is a straight shooter and her small team can run tracks around Malaise's monster team. All your money just goes to their overhead. They are way overpriced and you pay for nothing.
