I have found Mr. Koven to be a passionate advocate for his clients and the causes they represent. Combine that passion with his experience and tremendous litigation skills, and you have a formidable combination.

Paul is one of the best lawyers that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I own my own business and have run into situations where I required his expertise. He was always knowledgeable and knew exactly what had to be done to get the best result. I am shocked that anyone would give him a bad rating. Obviously that person was never really a client of his because everything they've said is completely untrue. Anyone with any sense would rate Paul a five out of five. Get your facts straight before you rate!

Koven has poor to non-existent negotiating skills. We spent an afternoon working on "negotiating strategy" where we drew up a list of what to ask for and a 2nd list of the minimum we would accept from the other side. W/o authorization, he sent the minimum list 1st "to save time" and then presented me with less than half of that minimum as "the best (he) could do". He was usually late and wouldn't return calls or emails to myself or the other lawyer. He gets 5 out of 5 for braggadocio.

Mr. Koven is a caring and understanding lawyer. He is knowlegeable and takes the time to explain things. He made sure the opposing side took responsibility and saw the case through to the end. I would highly recommend Mr. Koven.
