I was not an easy client for Mark. I was not easy to get ahold of, never returned his calls and never knew what was going on. Mark was very patient with me and understanding. This was my first offence and not only did he explained to me my charges in terms that I could understand he took the time to get to know me as a person. I would recommend Mr.Swartz to anyway who need a defence lawyer, needs advice or some to help guide you in the write direction. He is honest and straight forward. He fights for his clients and only has there best I interests at hand. Thanks again for my freedom and God bless. Stay true to who your are.

Got me off my charges. Listened to my side of the story and gave a great defence on my behalf. Hes a real fighter in court. Would highly recommend him.

He wins every case and gets the best pleas. He's got me off serious charges many times. Always more prepared then the Crown and works the law to my advantage. He puts in the hours.
