Very poor resolving an estate. Stated his process and didn't follow through with it. No guidance and extreme lack of communication. Not impressed whatsoever with his handling.

Nice but if you need someone to fight for you, you're on your own. Mid-way through the case, he told us he was a neighbour of the defendant (conflict of interest). Also, allowed meeting with defendant without us present, which we had to pay for. He let a lot of things go that we could have used in the case. Evidence we had was not used in the case. After the case, we had to sign a document stating that we or our descendants (they didn't sign) could not pursue any legal case against the defendants. By the end it felt like he was more on the defendant's side than with us.
