He is of the most corrupt classified as attorneys. James Toupin Esq is extremely dishonest, has no problem falsifying facts, twisting truths, just making up things - and even on federal documents along with his signature. This is a man with no decency, honor conscience or integrity. This is particular scary as he provides claimed advice and representation in such areas as government contracts, government employment, and appropriation law. When will the government start self policing itself.
