Mr Nagy best defense is to do nothing. His tatic is to make the other party pay more in legal fees, by forcing them to send multipe requests for responses, with the hope they will simply give up. Truly the tatic of an unprofessional lawyer who had little abilities in his practice. I have given up after a year of asking for a response, you win Nagy, i will be taking my life once your clients benefits are cut..good luck

The Law Society alleged that Steven Louis Nagy, 1993, of Fonthill, committed professional misconduct.
The panel determined that the following allegations were established:
• Despite s. 49.3(2) of the Law Society Act and rule 7.1-1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct, the Respondent failed to promptly and completely respond to requests from the Law Society set out in correspondence dated May 1, May 28, and June 29, 2018 and a telephone call on June 26, 2018.
The panel orders:
1. The respondent shall be reprimanded.
2. The respondent shall pay costs to the Law Society in the amount of $1,785 on or before October 7, 2019. Commencing the day following the deadline for payment, interest shall accrue on any unpaid portion of costs at a rate of 3% per year.

Steven is a hard working guy who always looked after my best interests. Know what he is talking about and really cared that the outcome in my Divorce was fair. I would highly recommend Steve in family law matters.
