Poor communication and comprehension skills. She does not fully explain regulations or services in a way to benefit herself to gain as much money for as little work as possible. Can not ask questions, or advocate for yourself without being met with arrogance and abrasive attitude. Most issues could have been solved if she had simply answered questions or explained certain procedures; instead of proceeding, taking retainers, not completing work as originally wanted, then "quitting" when asked why or if work can be done as originally requested. Charging a lot of money for incomplete and incorrect work.
