Previous negative reviews do not at all reflect who Dale Hensley is. One has to wonder if they were all written by the same person. My experience is yes she is tough BECAUSE SHE CARES ABOUT KIDS. She may have disagreed with me but always looked out for my child. That is who you want representing your children. I doubt there is another lawyer with a bigger heart or knowledge on the best interest of kids. LOVE LOVE LOVE her. Thank you Dale because of you my child is safe and doing well today.

Amazing empathy. Very knowledgeable about a child's needs and custody issues. Willing to put in the extra mile when required. She will always support the child's needs even if the parent is not happy about it. A true avocate. Don't listen to rants by sore losers.

very confused w/ other ratings.I too come from a high conflict context and sometimes one parent should let go and support the other parent from the sidelines.If the child is happier all involved win.Often in these cases one parent is the bully and a suggestion that they are less than stellar or not more worthy than the other parent is met with a vitriolic attack against the messenger. After so many years in the legal system my child,almost an adult,in PTSD counseling because of the shortcomings of the system and Dale was not one of them. Her court ordered process was slower than I would have liked but she advocated for putting a truly child centered perspective foremost in the decision rule requiring more evidence than is normally considered by judges..I dearly wish I had a kind and responsible co parent My situation was extremely damaging and Dale Hensley brought dignity for my child with courage to deal the truth. truth may not be always popular.. hope this brings balance to reviews.

Can you imagine hiring a lawyer/child advocate who refuses to read expert reports that indicate a child is being emotionally abused? Can you imagine trusting a lawyer who believes she has more knowledge in child psychology than experts in child psychology? In a nutshell this is Dale Hensley. She won't hesitate to demean you and purposefully frustrates the process of unveiling the truth. She sees nothing wrong with pitting a child against a parent yet will not allow appropriate treatments for the same child. Be very cautious of engaging CLERC as she has designed its philosophies. Children will benefit from her retirement!

Dale is a degree without substance. The most damaging part of her behaviour is her attempt to appear psychologically informed which she is not even marginally so. She does not understand what it means to represent the voice of the child as she ignores all science that would add caution to any such practice. Dale also will twist a discussion to match her bias. She is not acting in the best interest of children or their right to a healthy family life free to conflict. She is indeed the aggressive instigator of conflict and will stoop to emotional blackmail, damaging children's hearts to serve her purpose.

Dale Hensley is terrible lawyer and her lack of knowledge is damaging to families. Dale created CLERC as a pet project to act as court appointed lawyers for children. Dale is poorly educated and unskilled at managing high conflict divorces. Her knowledge is dated and she is lazy and negligent in managing her cases. She personally does not believe in prenatal alienation and refuses to educate herself instead relying on her outdated opinions. Dale is completely ignorant to emeshment issues in child custody cases and in fact is so arrogant she will argue in court to exclude psychology professionals who could diagnose and manage these issues. The woman is well past her expiration date and it's time for her to retire so she doesn't continue to damage families and allow children to be emotionally abused. She is also known to lie in court to support her claims.
