Mr. Levencrown represented my Ex. He no showed to a case conference and my Ex indicated to the Judge that he had no idea where Levencrown was. The initial document package from my ex contained irrelevant and untrue personal information that was typed by my Ex and clearly not reviewed by Levencrown. At a conference, the Judge addressed Mr. Levencrown and noted that he was calm that day and not like his hot head usual self. My Ex and I decided to settle our matter without the Judge. Mr. Levencrown screamed and ranted and raved like a child during our discussion. He stormed out of the room and left. It was my strong personality that brought all parties back together to hammer out an agreement. Mr. Levencrown didn't even stay to work out the details. It was myself, my ex and my lawyer working together. I believe this lawyer is aggressive for the purpose of getting maximum dollar from his clients. I do not believe he works very hard for his clients.

Mr Levencrown represented me (applicant) for over two years and has not disappointed me once. He will fight for what is in the best interest of the child (children) first before anything else. He is very well respected and feared in court. he is always well prepared with a planned out strategy. He presents only what is needed at the time - he does not throw everything on the table at once, which can be frustrating for us clients - but in the end you will understand that there was a strategy behind his every move. He does not waste your time - does not want to be your therapist - and he will be clear that you are wasting your money on talking about nothing that will help your case! He is straight forward and will tell you immediately if you are being unreasonable or have unrealistic expectations. He could be very intimidating but he has earned that respect. If you want a lawyer to fight in court - he is the one you want. If you can settle outside court - you may want a junior law

Mr. Levencrown represented my Ex. I dealt with him over a five year court litigation. He's very knowledgeable and he pushes cases to go to court. I tried to settle with him many times and he always refused. He made a lot of money from my ex by dragging the case for over five years. If you are looking to waste a lot of money then I would highly recommend Mr. Levencrown. If on the other hand you are trying to hire a good lawyer who will at least try to settle your case outside court, then you need to look for someone else.
