William Gerber is a knowledgeable and efficient attorney. I purchased my first home through an investment company whom bought it for back taxes. This made finding a lawyer extremely hard because it was not a standard real estate deal. I struggled with finding a reliable, knowledgeable lawyer who was trust-worthy. I went through four consultations and was even stood up by a lawyer in Joliet, IL. I was referred by a friend to use William. As soon as I contacted him, he started working on a contract and got back to me within a few hours with a new contract to forward onto the investment company. Will went over all details thoroughly with me. He negotiated with the investment company to pay more of the closing and fees than expected. William's work ethic is impeccable, he would email me back no matter what time of day with answers. Will saved me $1000 when the title company tried to add fees that were not disclosed before closing. I value him as a lawyer and would recommend him to anyone.
