Adversarial opponent for ex I am sure, but did not provide great communications in person. Liked to play dirty tricks on ex, which I did not expect. Made a bad situation worse for our family

Martin acted as an agent in a very complicated family matter that has been ongoing for 12 years. It was apparent to me I needed to switch lawyers. Within a year, the matter was brought to trial. Despite not having been part of the past 11 years, Martin and his staff pored over every paper to untangle the administrative mess created, put the the process back on track, and bring this matter to a conclusion. Always great with returning phone calls or emails, Rebecca MacCallum was an integral part of this. I want to thank Martin, Rebecca, Kaitlin and Peter for your tireless and exhausting effort.

My ex would not leave our matrimonial house, and it was two years later and we were still going back and forth. I did not get the results I wanted. Found he was not attentive to my requests.

I retainted Martin after I had decided Id spent enough time previously over a year with another lawyer wasting away my money communicating non stop with no success. I'll admit Martins fees can seem expensive but you're getting what you pay for and it was worth every penny as I came to him with a complicated situation, large requests and an ex who was not on the same page as I was with my requests. When it was all over I was successful in my circumstances and the exceptional requests I had. Martins assistant/law clerk Rebecca could put the opposing council and my previous lawyer to shame as I am confident in her ability and knowledge as you'll see too why Martin would have and should have no one else doing her job. Both of these two were caring and restored my abiltiy to trust another human. These are huge decisions relating to the most important part of my life, my child and our future. You would not regret this choice but see it through to the end. Keep the faith, I promise you this.
