The only thing this lawfirm has tenacity in is to take your money. Very friendly to begin with but the service goes downhill as more and more money is transferred to the trust account which they, by the way, keep reminding you when its getting low. They even go so far to as block you however they can fom having their Invoices assessed by an Assessment Officer!! Those other rave requiews ? I would hazard a quess that he, as well as his staff, have alot of time on their hands. Money is better spent with another lawyer.

An Order against Rudner MacDonald for duplication costs for removal as solicitor of records. Both Stuart Rudner and former Partner Natalie MacDonald who spent minimal amounts of time on the clients file, file was predominantly handled by junior lawyer Brittany Taylor. Yet retainer agreement indicated Principal were on top of clients file. Not according to dockets.
