Incompetant and uncaring. We spent 1000s and ended up having to re-open the BK and obtain the discharge ourselves. We turned in paperwork to office and waited weeks for a discharge that never came, had to call their office because they never notified us. We met Mr. Lozano 2X, he continually interrupted our appt both times to take cell phone calls. The lawyer for court we met 5 minutes before appearance. They sent us to downtown LA although Woodland Hills was MUCH closer and the their paperwork had the wrong address. Two years later we find there was a lien on property title and avoidance of lien should have been filed with BK to make sure it was taken care of. He didn't and takes no responsibility. Now we have to come up with $3000 to clear the lien. We gave them 1000s of dollars and when we found out the BK had to be re-opened, he wanted to charge us 1000s more.The staff is incompetent, the lawyer does conveyor belt law service, passes off all work and denies responsibility.
