John is hands down one of the best lawyers I have encountered. He listens to exactly what is going on regarding pain and suffering, I found him easy to talk to and was very comfortable communicating with him. He is prompt in returning e-mails/phone calls, his staff are friendly, overall a great lawyer to have on your side when dealing with ICBC. I wouldn't recommend anyone but John for a personal injury lawyer. Besides being a great lawyer he is also a great human being!!
