Sauvez-vous d'elle à moins d'être coupable. Elle n'est pas la pour vous défendre, elle est là pour passer au prochaine dossier. Dans mon cas j'ai réglé pour un 810 car la tactique, vous obliger à passer plusieurs jours à la Cour pour finir par une remise car le dossier n'est pas prêt à temps. Le terroriste Richard Bain a cependant fait de bons éloges sur elle. Voir par google. J'ai dû négocier avec la procureur directement pour mettre fin à ce calvert qui pour aurait donné une 8e présence en court. Elle ne veut simplement pas des petits dossiers complexes - comme walmart, sa rémunération est sur le volume. Contactez le bureau de référence du barreau si vous vous savez innocent, si vous vous savez coupable je sais qu'elle négocie beaucoup (2e effort).

She is not only terrible at her job, but one of the worst people I have ever met. Any question you ask her at all, no matter what it is, will be met with disdain and disgust. Her personality is to treat you like a piece of garbage that is wasting her time with every word you speak. She routinely will make you wait for an hour or longer past when your appointment was scheduled for and then open the conversation by telling you she doesn't have much time to talk to you. If she asks you a question, soon as you begin to respond and before you can even make a complete sentence, she will dismiss what you have to say and tell you that you should listen better and she is the one with all of the knowledge. She is unwilling to fight for you and is discriminatory against English speakers. If you email her and ask for an update on your case, she will send a rude reply without giving any update. In court she seems frazzled and out of her element. Disorganized. Couldn't convince any1 of anythng
