brutal, just brutal. she made things drag on and on by asking irrelevant questions while logging so many billable hours. In the end she had to be fired, and my agreement was settled much quicker without her.

I was fortunate to have chosen Daniela. She always provided me with good advice. She was professional, yet, there was always a human touch. When letters came from the other side, Daniela responded swiftly, and right to the point. Always "in my corner", Daniela considered me and what was best for my situation. Divorce is hard enough to go through.
Having the right lawyer does make a difference. This review comes straight from the heart.

I retained Daniela in August of 2016 to help me with support and arrears. Daniela was very professional, honest and had my best interest at hand for my entire case. My custody and access matter was very complex and coupling that with an extremely aggressive opposing counsel and a clueless OCL, I am very thankful that I had Ms Garofalo in my corner. She is sharp and knowledgeable yet caring and compassionate. She did not indulge me with false hope, which I may have wanted but am thankful I didn't get. She always made sure that I understood what was happening and she welcomed my input when it came to writing the court papers. I would definitely recommend Ms Garofalo.

The above review couldn't be more wrong. I went through a very difficult divorce and Miss Garofalo couldn't of been more supportive or more helpful. As hard as the process was, I ended up getting everything that I wanted, including my two children. I am forever thankful for everything she did for me and my children. Don'think twice about hiring her, you won't regret it.
