At first things were good, but halfway through our custody case, she did not file motions nor bring evidence to the judge's attention that were vital to our case. She promised copies of documents back, and we didn't get them all back. During our last hearing, the other party was being quiet (they had made multiple scenes before the judge) and Ms. Weinman said "She's being nice now, she's cooperating." and wouldn't bring evidence to the judge's attention of the person's activities. (Since then the other person has abused the situation more.) Also, her office double charged us even though she basically stopped working on our case.
