I engaged Michael Rappaport’s services for a follow-up litigation 14 years after my initial divorce. At the start, I was overwhelmed by my situation and trying to discern the legal process on my own only made things worse. Through a recommendation, I contacted his office where he was able to keep me calm, explain clearly my rights and what to expect when we reached court. Ironically, having my case conducted over Zoom in the comfort of my own home instead of having to go to court in person exceedingly reduced my stress, while Mr. Rappaport successfully navigate my suit. It concluded with him securing most of what I was requesting and I am eternally grateful that I can now put this legal matter behind me and move forward. Marc

He is very knowledgeable about the law and works hard to stay true to it and not play tricks or lie. He is aware and helpful of financial hardship and will try and help if he can. Tells things as they are which is also appreciated.

I was shocked and appalled at how Michael Rappaport pursued expensive approaches that seemed to serve no purpose except to rack up costs. Michael Rappaport signed an agreement on behalf of his client then purposefully proceeded to not follow through, by writing and filing court documents only to increase costs and frustrations for all parties concerned. There appeared to be no logic in Michael Rappaport's decision to go against the legally binding agreement he himself had signed. In addition, his attitude was arrogant, condescending and rude.

Mr. Rappaport represented me in family court. He always kept me up to date on the court process and had all the proper documentation ready ahead of time. Very knowledgeable on what was a waste of time and what really mattered. Mr. Rappaport always considered your financial situation and kept costs intact. I would recommend him to anyone going through a rough family law matter. Kim M.

I hired Mr. Rappaport to assist in closing an estate after the passing of a close family member. Mr. Rappaport has been nothing but professional and knowledgeable through the process. During the initial meeting he explained the steps of the process and what to expect. He answered emails in a timely manner and took care of unforeseen circumstances that arose. I would recommend him to assist any family in dealing with there loved ones estates.

would never recommend this lawyer. not proactive at all and barely reacts when needed. does not stand up for his clients rights and will let his client get walked all over.

His rates look great, but his abilities are terrible. He does not have an ability to talk to his clients in a professional manner. He will be hearing from the Law society about his actions. Do not trust him.
