I counted on EU to provide me with sound advice and direction as I went through my divorce... what I needed was a smart lawyer who could recognize different situations and have a plan or a few different options to consider.. instead, meetings were made last minute, there was limited to NO communication, and I was made to feel like I nusance for expecting that certain items would be taken care of in a timely manner... she was ineffective when dealing with my file, drew my case out for over a year, and again, was unreachable .... I had to switch lawyers.... my new L gave me options, explained the law... my lawyer informed me that EU mismanaged things and that certain concerns that I had, that were dismissed by EU, were actually legitimate claims and that they should have been pursued when they first came to light

I will be forever greatful for all Elizabeth and her staff did for me to help turn my nightmare life around. Very professional and caring. She took my matter over from another lawyer that started me in Court. Elizabeth helped me avoid costly court and get a good result. Wish I retained her from the start!!!!

My best friends ex referred me to Elizabeth Urban He wished he retained her instead of the lawyer that represented him. I'm greatful I did! We had to go to court because my husband would not respond to anything but Elizabeth handled our case very well without wasting time or steps in Court. We ended up settling. I'm pleased and highly recommend Elizabeth and her entire team!

I experienced both inaccessibility to her staff and inconsistent communication as well. She was ineffective in moving my settlement forward during a very difficult time in my life and most of the time seemed focused on maximizing fees and not on results for me as a client. Very disappointing.

I agree with the other two negative reviews.. she doesn't communicate, sucks you dry, does nothing but give in to your EX's demands... because she gets paid either way... and she DOES NOT CARE about you.. she cares about her paycheck and funding her next holiday...

Top notch lawyer. Very knowledgeable and caring. She and her staff responded to my emails and phone calls within 24 hours sometimes as early as 5:00 a.m. It is encouraging to meet a lawyer that is sincerely concerned about her clients. I would highly recommend Elizabeth Urban.

This woman will suck you dry. Draw out your case for years!! Tell you one thing and do another. She is always on vacation and will ultimately let you down. Do not retain her.
