Roselyn is a caring and understanding lawyer who works hard to get you the settlement that you are entitled to receive. She works with you and tells it like it is, which is something I really appreciate. To go through a separation and divorce is very stressful but having her by my side during this process has been great and I really appreciate all that she has done.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Worst lawyer ever. She made mistakes all over the place and cost me a lot of money. Stay away from her.

I met with Roselyn and was pleasantly surprised by her kindness, compassion and honesty. She told me what I could expect in a straightforward and realistic way and provided me with my legal options. She was able to negotiate with my husband and very aggressive lawyer and get me what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend her.

Was very disappointed her lack of compassion shows. Doesn't take anything seriously. In court very passive. Had to ask whats going on several times. The invoices were prompt and excessive. Over charged and taken for a ride. Fired her and got a much better lawyer. Don't get taken for a ride.

My experience with Roselyn was great. I went to Roselyn after having a horrible experience with my first Lawyer in my divorce. Roselyn helped through every step of the process and helped me gain my confidence again. Her knowledge and experience were greatly appreciated.

I used Mrs. Pecus services to resolve dispute re Section 7 expenses of Child Support. I hired her asking to move ASAP as I was pregnant with my third at the time. Mrs. Pecus filed the wrong forms: instead of using my Separation Agreement and filing Motion to change, she did the Application (Form 8). This move confused everyone, extended the time and cost much more. The communication was the worst: I had to specifically ask what's next, when and how. I had to email her office to remind her that I still existed and nothing had been happening with my case in months. The only communications I've received promptly were invoices. On a regular basis I'd receive bills for my emails asking billing or the case status questions. My "Status" questions were followed by: "I will look at it tomorrow" or "I am swamped now, but will work on it next week" etc. And silence for months. 1.5 year and $11K later I gave up and took my case elsewhere. It was settled in 2 months and $3K (the same hourly rate).
