Carolyn Zisser was great at one thing, prolonging my divorce and making promises which I later realized were really out of her control. Her approach to everything was simply exhausting. She takes the "bury the other attorneys in paperwork" methodology a bit too far to say the least. But I later realized that it was her way of just increasing her billable hours. Which in the end, it was really all that mattered to her. I picked her because I was told she was a good attorney. But she doesn't understand the intangible goal of simply getting divorced so that my life could continue. In the end, many promises were made about what I would and wouldn't get which were not met. She and only she benefitted from the divorce. I'm sure what I paid and what my ex had to pay her in legal was 10 times more than what it needed to be for the final results. She prolonged mediation unnecessarily by giving me poor advice that was simply in HER best interest to go to trial and bill more.
