I’ve been working with Lolita since 2017 during a very difficult and high-conflict divorce. She has always been professional, supportive, and truly understanding. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without her.
There were moments when I felt overwhelmed—especially after receiving aggressive letters from my ex. I would start to panic, but she always found the right words to calm me down and help me see the situation more clearly.

Lolita fought tenaciously in court to get me equal custody when my ex moved out and took my daughter away from me.then my ex sued me for "common law entitlement",with 2million+ worth of assets on the line and the reality of my ex potentially bankrupting me setting in,she was able to convince my ex to settle out of court for what my ex's father called 'pennys on the dollar'just weeks before a costly trial was scheduled to start.a lot of lawyers would push for a trial because they make a lot more money regardless of the outcome,but not Lolita.she genuinely cared about the best outcome for me.Thanks to Lolita I am now at peace with my ex and have established a civil co-parenting relationship with her with no more fighting between us.i highly recommend Lolita. Lolita is a very hard working fair family lawyer. It only took Lolita one court appearance to get the justice we needed. She is not a lawyer any one can have, it on referral basis only. She is not about dragging issues out for more money. She Dose not stop working at 6-7 pm. Best of all lolita cares deeply. If you are lucky enough to have lolita on your side you should feel very blessed. And chances are you children will get the justice they deserve. God bless lolita. Lolita is an amazing lawyer who invested her time and heart into my case. She was not only understanding, compassionate, and senstive to my difficult matter of going through a divorce (dealing with an addict and 2 very young girls), but also tenacious, driven, and was on top of getting the necessary documents from the opposing council. In 2021 my life turned upside down when I was blindsided by divorce papers that ended up being a high conflict case. I reached out to some lawyers, but didn't know where to turn. A friend recommended Lolita and w/in a matter of minutes (while she was on holiday) she was already preparing to take me on as a client and protect me & my child from harm. From day 1, she poured her heart and soul into my case, when I cried, she comforted me, when I felt afraid she fought for me. Lolita is one of the kindest (and toughest) people I know. She ABSOLUTELY cares about her clients on a human level and goes above and beyond to ensure the outcome can bring peace to her client as much as possible w/in the confines of the law. Lolita is amazing. My partner was going through a difficult divorce and was using a local, to our area, lawyer. After years of getting the run around we found ourselves searching for a new lawyer. Miss Rudovica was recommended and we are very happy she was. She is smart, knowledgeable and strong. She kept on my partner ( who isn't great about getting paper work done)to get her the info she needed and worked very hard for us. There was a fair amount of money at stake and if we had stayed with the previous lawyer, I think we would have had to pay out A LOT more. We were very happy with her hard work ethic and her down to earth yet poised personality. She got the job done in a timely manner without a lot of extra costs. I was in an extremely bad situation and Lolita was my saving grace. She is thorough and knowledgeable and helped me through an emotional and complicated time in my life. Lolita rescued me from a complacent and incompetent lawyer and a vindictive hurtful spouse. She is extremely knowledgeable, excellent at communicating and fantastic at pleading before a judge. She immediately called opposing counsel out for her lack of communication and apparent desire to have everything go to court. Despite the complications of my matter, she was sensitive to my financial constraints and actually made efforts not to bankrupt me, as seemed to be the goal of my previous lawyer. Her applications and pleadings are well thought out and produced quickly. I did not even realize how poorly prepared my previous counsel was until I saw the documents produced by Lolita. Lolita is amazing! She has been representing me for the past 15 months in an extremely complex family law case regarding the custody of my 2 children. The matter is in Supreme Court and the police and MCFD were both involved. My kids are now safe and living their best life thanks to her knowledge and efforts in the matter.
