This lawyer is brutally useless. He's ignoring people, phone calls and whole court. He won't reply to your call, tests or emails. He has no knowledge, goes only after money, does not listen to you and always complains. Waste of time and money! He does not even know your case when you get in the court room. It will take him months to file documents in court, weeks to reply to your inquiries. He is sloppy, unprepared and unprofessional. Stay away from him or his firm. You will get very disappointed with Mr. Chmiel. I would never hire him again or recommend his practice. PLEASE READ HIS OTHER REVIEWS ON THIS SIDE!!!
