Hoskins is a terrible attorney, completely did a disservice to me when trying to settle student loan debt case. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. He does not know how to negotiate or he did not care to. Just took my retainer and allegedly used it all up, never gave me a chance to review the settlement or make any minor changes without wanting even more money. Wasted 2,000.00 for a terrible settlement, this guy is a JOKE.
