Represent yourself and save your money. I had to on several occasions request that he reword his letters as they were not always factual. I felt he never actually had his head into the case fully as I constantly had to reiterate important items, and was always disorganized when appearing at court. The biggest kicker, was being sold on several occasions that I was entitled to more than I actually was, resulting in more legal bills. Take the time to research your legal counsel, listen to what other people have to say with their experience.

Nice and polite but not happy with the service so went to another lawyer. Very hard to get a hold of, no email, must go through secretary. Made a situation more complicated than it had to be and made a key decision without consulting with me first causing months of delay in my case and unneeded trauma and stress. Wrote letters to opposing lawyer that seemed to stoke the flames rather than solving the problem at hand. Never handed over my file after I left despite 2 requests. I felt this lawyer was ineffective.

This lawyer was a misconduct! He discriminated me and had personal questions in regards to "drug use,who was baby sitting my children if I was with my child's father, my ethnic back ground,questions that had nothing to do with my case, he did not obtain my disclosure in a timely fashion .. as soon as I assertively asked him what was taking so long with disclosure , why all the personal questions irrelevant to my case , rather than agree to speak to facts of my case , and questioned documents he had his secretary strongly encouraging I sign the man suddenly quit on me,my last correspondence with him on record which was thurday it is now tuesday concludes he was still willing to work with me but however for some unknown reason he decided yesterday which was Monday to quit on me and leave me a innocent person who hired him for legal defense to fend for myself this lawyer had no business putting my personal matters on trial to determine the quality of my defence. I will report him

very bad, wouldn't recommend. he is interested more into who he can date then who he can help. he doesn't pay his own child support, so how can he help anyone. he doesn't solve his own problems out of court, so how can he help you.
