Emily is brilliant, kind, and firm with strong integrity…possibly the best combination you can have in a lawyer. She and her entire staff have been great. She is quick to handle things and never loses her cool or her resolve. I could not be happier with her work! If you are considering her sign up now! I think the guy who wrote that bad review below must have been my ex because this lawyer completely schooled him in court! Emily Varga is awesome and I knew from the moment we met she was going to be the one I wanted fighting in my corner! My situation was really bad and we had to go to court a lot but Emily was great and got me everything I wanted, and some things I didn't expect! Sometimes she's really busy but she does always get back to me and makes time for me even when I'm venting or panicking. I have recommended her services to my friends and anyone I know who needs a lawyer!

Ms. Varga was very professional and knowledgeable from our first meeting all the way through to our final court appearance.
This was my first time using any sort of lawyer and I liked how approachable and outgoing Emily was. I felt really comfortable opening up to her.
Emily was always available whenever I needed her, via phone, email and in person.
When it was time for our first court appearance I was really nervous but Emily must have a lot of experience in courtrooms because she was so confident and things went very well for me because of that.
Emily is a very competent, knowledgeable, friendly lawyer who reassured me throughout the process, kept me up-to-date with updates on our file and listened to my endless venting!

Varga scored 1 on every level only because zero was not an option. Further, the recklessness of this so-called lawyer is comparable to a blind person trying to drive a cement truck in the city with no brakes. Failure to copy the client on communications to opposing counsel without prior consent from their client, appearing in court completely unprepared to defend against the pleadings of opposing counsel, failure to negotiate with family court appointed professionals with the best interest of a child in mind, charging for fees to attend conference calls with opposing counsel and then offering nothing to report that would prove of any value to their client, and then unilaterally taking payment from the retainer fee that is to be held in trust and without prior consent from the client. Varga is quick to charge for correspondence from her assistant who repeatedly had to be reminded of the details of the case and makes no apology for the repeated mistakes. This litigator is bad news.
