I was referred to Hermann by a Notary. He wasted my time and money to try to go back to court to change a court order that was reactivated under pretense. I actually solved the problem myself while he was screwing around dreaming up schemes to find a way to go to court. Stay away from this Buffoon. The only Real reviews here are the 2 at the bottom of this page, the rest are ****

I was in a situation when an issue with estate of my late husband stayed unresolved for years. I started looking for another lawyer. One of my friends recommended me Hermann as a very efficient and professional. Within a few months he resolved a problem which another lawyer couldn't finish for THREE years. I was seeking a lawyer with a strong understanding of employment law and tenacity to navigate my sudden dismissal effectively, I wasn't disappointed. Firstly, he listened really well and devised an effective strategy to ensure my former employer recognized we meant business. He communicated extremely well the process and explain our options thoroughly. The cost does add up quickly which alarming but his ability and knowledge is second to none.

I was in a devastated situation and needed competent lawyer to represent my interest and who can understand my situation. Hermann represents our company, whenever things get "tough". He's expert in many different aspects of law in addition to his specialization. I've always felt greatly respected and regarded for him, he has treated me and my company the same from when we were pre-revenue, up to our current 10 million size. He makes himself available when needed, and works hard to get his work done on time. He has a high level of integrity - if he says he will have something by a certain date, it will be there - and he provides all necessary information I need regarding potential ramifications, consequences and benefits of different options in a decision, for me and my partners to know that we made the right choice. The only reason I don't put 5/5 stars here - admittedly, I don't want this to sound unrealistically positive, but also, it is difficult at times to convince my business partner to use Hermann's services in some cases, because he warrants the price tag associated with this services.
