Katelyn is my first legal aid lawyer. Before this I paid for a lawyer and there was no difference. She has a lot of clients. She worked hard for me and I got good results. She was very nice to me and I think she cared alot about me and my kids. I think if she was your lawyer you are lucky. She works hard.

Absolutely no knowledge when It comes to writing and wording for court documents. Only want to get your case off her docket. DO NOT rec her.

My experience with Katelyn Viner was wonderful. She is kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable. I don't understand all of the other negative reviews!

She is one of worst that’s for sure. I’ve been coming to Legal Aid for 4 times now trying to get at least one phone call from her with the status on my case since it’s been 3 years now. I’ve called her assistant 6 times to ask her to call me back. Yesterday I called her assitant and she scheduled a phone call for me and Katelyn I’m two days. And guess what? She didn’t call me back! And it’ been 6 days sincerely the time she supposed to call me! Wish she was fired so that other potential clients would not encounter her negligent personality!!!

Was really disappointed, seems like nice girl, but way over her head. Doesn't know what she's doing, judge kept instructing her and admonishing her for failing to do things. Wish i had money to afford a real lawyer.

She does not listen or care. She does what she wants. Does not return emails or phone calls.
