Never having had any prior legal issues in the past, being charged with an assault was overwhelming. After contacting several law firms, and getting nowhere, I finally reached Mr. Zamani. Mr. Zamani fully comprehended my situation, and provided what I felt was useful, unbiased advice to me about my situation. He was able to execute a bail variation which allowed me to go home before I had expected, and stayed with me throughout the entire process. With his guidance and work ethic, we were successful in having my charges withdrawn, and I was able to move on with my life. Every one of my calls and near constant questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and I was eventually able to feel peace of mind at the conclusion of what was a very difficult situation.

Using the services of Zamani law was the best decision I made when I was charged by police for assault after a big argument, I was so scared especially i am a recent immigrant to Canada i came here alone with no close family or friends. Doesn’t listen or care about his clients doesn’t tell you the truth and sends another lawyer that doesn’t know anything about the case legit screwed me over and doesn’t know the law at all even told me to plead guilty to a crime I didn’t commit aka telling me to commit a crime which is highly illegal also has taken money from me as well as had his email account hacked and did nothing about it even after he sent my entire file though his email do not trust this man with your life because you won’t have a life. He does not respect you and will even give you a speach about his brother and how he would have done so much more for him and yet for me in the same situation, he didn’t care or help all he did was make the case worst. Arrogant in so many ways, and when he knows he’s done wrong he will block your number and abandon you as a client

This lawyer basically ripped me off for $1,000 bail hearing. Wasn’t prepared, didn’t bother to prepare my two suretys who were new to the process of bailing someone. The lawyer did not present my case well and overall had my bail denied and had the audacity to ask after if My family wanted to retain him. Why would we want to retain you when you couldnt even have a successful bail hearing? anyways his communication was fine, he seemed to care at first. I know he cannot control the end result of the judges decision but his job as a lawyer is still to present his clients case properly and My family and I feel like he failed to do so. He didn’t present the circumstances well and I didn’t feel like he fought for me at all.. hard to tell if he was my lawyer or part of the crown..My NEW lawyer also had a hard time understanding why Zamani was pushing for a residential bail when the charges were a joke.. this was not a difficult bail or serious charges. He just didn’t try hard enough.

I switched lawyers in between my court proceedings as my other lawyer was not responding to any of my inquiries and not attending my court dates. I was involved In a domestic matter and had two pending charges. I interviewed many lawyers and decided to go with Mr ZAMANI because of his professionalism. He got my charges withdrawn and on top of that answered every single one of my questions with great knowledge and expertise. I had almost 10 counts of charges against me. I was facing a guaranteed time in jail with a criminal record. Had literally no hopes of becoming a free young adult again. What Farid did was the impossible and I could not be more grateful and thankful to having him deal with my case. His team was awesome and truly cared and extremely professional. He was always available to my questions or anyone that called him in my family. He went above and beyond as a lawyer and I guarantee you, I will permanently have him as my lawyer for many generations! Also very flexible with payment, so for lower income people, I strongly suggest him and his team. Unlike any other lawyer firms they do not hunt your money and then do the work.
