Yoko is absolutely the right lawyer to have. She gives advice best for her client, practically based on the situation and possible outcome. She is very intelligent and only work on things that are necessary, rather than simply flare up to charge fees. She is very responsive and experienced in all kinds of legal matter. She is so helpful and resourceful. I feel confident putting all my trust and know that she will not take any action without my consent.

Yoko is highly professional, focused and achieved the best favourable result in my case when a previous lawyer was not as effective. I contacted Yoko in the summer when I became engaged wanting to discuss a prenup. What’s a bit different for me is that I’m marrying later in life and have had the chance to acquire property and business assets. Being in a unique financial situation I wanted to make sure that my assets were protected so that my hard work wouldn’t be lost. After creating an initial prenuptial agreement, I met with Yoko who took a different approach to law. Her requirement was that we read and discuss every paragraph of the agreement to ensure that is was meeting my needs in the exact ways it had been designed. I really appreciated the time she took and realized there were some short comings of the initial agreement so that changes could be made. I would recommend Yoko to anyone looking for assistance with “love law”- falling in love, falling out of love and mediating the space in between to be as smooth as possible. Thank you for assisting in the next chapter of my life!

i own a corporate. Yoko reviewed my company’s financial statement and gave me an estimate of what I would pay for child support. Her explanation was easy to follow and very thorough. I recommend her to everyone!

I switched to Yoko after having a very bad experience with another lawyer. Yoko is top notch. She negotiated an excellent settlement for me. She is very intelligent, experienced, level headed and able to apply her knowledge in creative ways. Also very down to earth, approachable and was very responsive when I wanted to take a different approach to some things that came up.

Yoko is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. She doesn't try to drag out your case or take it to court just to make more lawyers fee, actually the opposite. Every advice she has given me was to protect myself pro-actively, especially in areas or situations that I hadn't even thought about at all. Need a lawyer you can trust? I highly recommend Yoko

Experience with Yoko has been nothing but pleasant. At first, she listened my problems and then explained me the law and how I can proceed. She was quite frank about her legal fees in case I wanted to bring the issue to the court. She suggested to start with negotiation, and to my surprise, it worked! I thought I would spend so much money, but thanks to her negotiation skills, she finalized my matter within a few weeks!
