This lawyermade promises to connect , never did then when I terminated him he refisedto refund my $5000 reatsiner. I'm waiting for the law Sociaty to deal with him. He is rude immature he basically has stolen my money. He has no morals and no regard for anyone but himself. He is more ney hungry and will rip you off.

Mr.Melville was appointented to my husband for 5 counts on a criminal case . It's been 8 months since he has taken on my husband's case and not once has he spoke with him on this case. Many promises to call weather it be on his way to court etc and sat waited for no call! British Columbia lawyers that are paid through the Goverment don't give a**** about our people that don't have $10,000 of dollers to pay for a lawyer get left for dead basically. A criminal case after 6 years and 5 months that has been a heavy weight not allowing a family to move forward in there life is disgusting.Our criminal system is a joke ! You either have to to be part of the GOB (Good old Boys) or the elite or your a nothing. Everyone of you that's on a witch hunt for human lives need to go play more golf and let people live there lives! My husband can't even get a job that requires a criminal check because knowbody will throw this case out! Please someone hear me . He has served his time let him go! ??

I had a lawyer who was telling me to plead out and I'd do 6 months and be out. I got rid of him and Dale took over and didn't do any time in jail! Thanks Dale! Ryan.

Before I found Dale, My original lawyer went on maternity leave and left me to take a deal that wasn't in my best interests. Luckily I came across Mr Melville and the moment he took my case everything was finally starting to get better. I could always reach him, he made his time on my case feel as if it was his life and freedom he was fighting for. I'm so blessed to have found Dale as I could've taken a deal that would've had me incarcerated for 2 years at least. He took his time with what he had and came up with a outcome I never thought was possible. He is great, real honest and will do the best possible with what you give him. Accidentally called him Sunday from jail and he answered with ease, Thanks for all the hard work Dale! Probably the best thing for me was that I found Dales Phone Number!

Dale Melville is a clear talking no nonsense lawyer criminal lawyer. He does not waste time. If u are honest with him and tell the truth as u know it, he will work hard for you. Show up to court on time, do what he tells u, and he will likely get u as good a deal as there is to be had. I was extremely pleased with what he did for me.

I am so thankful to Dale Melville for helping me through a very tough time. After my initial meeting with Dale I immediately knew he was the lawyer to help me through my legal issues. He was very professional, and easy to communicate with. He listened and gave advice without judgement, something I really valued. He was always available to answer follow up questions or help with concerns. I’m pretty sure he doesn't sleep :). Dale helped me receive quick closure on my case, which helped me move on with my life, and the outcome was more than wonderful, and completely in my favor. He met all my expectations and then some. Dale worked on behalf of a family member and be was absolutely first rate. He communicated in a comprehensible manner that was easy to understand and has a wealth of knowledge of the law and those within the justice system in BC. Most important too, was that he was accessible at any time and was always willing to provide answers when required. Hopefully we would not require the services he provides again but if so, he would be our one and only telephone call.

This lawyer is shady, incompetent and extremely rude. He takes on more than he can handle and provides horrible results. He is very inexperienced and doesn't know what he is talking about or what he is doing. I would never ever hire nor will I ever recommend him to anyone. This lawyer will forget about your case and have them issue out a warrant for your arrest. When it comes to family law, please do not hire this lawyer. He doesn't care for families and often provides information to the ministry workers. Please beware and be advised of this lawyer.
