This lawyer agreed with my ex's lawyer while sitting in a case conference with a Master (Judge) after we had gone over and over the facts. She appeared very meek, and ill prepared even though I had done 90 % of the work. The one thing I made a point of during our discussions was 'be prepared, and know the answer before the question is asked' She spoke about her personal life and had person conversations with my ex's lawyer during our case conference session. I sent her a bill to reverse any fees she tried to charge me for a job not done. A very incompetent person.
