If you want to wait 10 weeks for a lawyer to start working on your case for you and then you want to send emails and make endless phone calls to find out what is happening and get NO response whatsoever, then this is your guy. In the 10 weeks, he wasn't even able to draft up the retainer letter, let alone actually DO anything. That's why I gave him a "3" rating under "value" - as I never did find out what he would have actually charged me.
If you would like your file to sit on a desk with countless other files and have absolutely NOTHING happen, call William H. Fysh of Newmarket.

Do Not use this man for a divorce. I have been asking him for more than 6 months what is going on and he is always blaming my Ex when he isn't the problem. He over charges for everything.

Mr. Fysh likes to put on the "aw shucks", Mr. Dither's deal in court. He must think that this disarms the Judge and opposition. This lawyer was used by my ex for six months while he bumbled his way through hours of fees and then lost a cost assessment, as well as all motions and an appeal. Unbelievable the level that Family law in Ontario takes people down to. Good luck.

This lawyer is very unprofessional rude and ignorant. He does not follow procedure in family matters. My own lawyer sent him multiple emails with no response he has delayed our family law proceeding and caused undue hardship. The worst lawyer I have ever seen

incompetence all the wayaround. unprofessional.our mother's estate was handled with unnecessary delays, no adherence to the laws of estate executor mandates and demands for more money caused by ridiculous letters bythe executor

Has not responded to inquiries about an estate matter. Is not aware of or ignores past rulings on estate issues. Is arroganr when he does reply to an inquiry.

For a simple estate, this lawyer didnt answer emails from estate beneficiaries, was rude and argumentative when seen in person, took hiring another estate lawyer to get an answer (late) from him after over two years. Very unprofessional!
