This has got to be the most dishonest firm I have ever encountered. My brother, Percy Dillon III, was charged with a drug case in Pittsburgh, PA. Let me preface by saying we live in California, and my brother was arrested in Pittsburgh, PA. Attorney Jerome Deriso, father of Michael Deriso, in the firm Deriso, Deriso & Suher, was recommended.
Attorney Jerome Deriso visited my brother while in custody and encouraged him to sign his property (family heirloom jewelry) into his possession, and he would hold it as collateral to represent him. In the meantime, Attorney Jerome Deriso told my family, in California, that he put the jewelry in a safe in his office. He said the cost to represent my brother would be $20,000.00, and he would return the jewelry to my mother. In the meantime, my brother was offered a deal of 12 years.
Attorney Deriso told my family that he could beat the 12-year deal offer from the DA, and implored my brother to not take it. He told us to send him the $20,
