I was Jeanette's client through Legal Aid. She neglects her clients. She is never in the office. I spend more time speaking to the assistant with no result. She even moved and never even told me I was told by her former office that she moved almost a year ago. She delayed my matter for months with no care about how urgent my situation was. I would not recommend anyone use her.
