I felt that Jennifer did not put in as much work for me because I could not pay her as much as her other clients did. She took my money but made me feel bad. In the end, she lost my case. To say the least, I did not feel she had my best interests in mind. I think she was rude, arrogant and aggressive. If you voiced honest concerns, she would ignore you, get defensive, and you got the impression she would leave the case and tell you to find another lawyer. I can put up with rude people as long as they get the job done but unfortunately she doesn't deliver. My advice is if you think you're getting an amazing deal, think about why. I wish I researched her wins to losses ratio against respondents represented by a lawyer at the HRTO before I selected her.

Jennifer represented me in a wrongful dismissal matter - the mediator tried to tell me that I had a bad case and Jennifer aggressively represented my interests and we settled for twice the amount that the mediator had suggested. She is very quick and intelligent.
