I would not hire Michael C. Rudolph again. As a way to create more billable hours, he sent me letters which followed-up on information that we had just discussed. It was unnecessary and redundant, not to mention, costly. Also, one day I received a letter from him telling me to attend court on a certain date. Without my knowlege, that court appearance was not necessary and canceled, yet Mr. Rudolph never informed of this. The only way I found out was by calling his office the day prior of said court date to go over some information with him. A week later, he informed me by letter that the court appearance was canceled. Gee, thanks. Yes,he billed me for that letter. He is inexperienced, and it began to show half way through in dealing with him. He contradicted himself later on in the case from his original statements, and made excuses when I brought it up. He was immature and unprofessional at times when we were creating strategies, which I wanted no part of. I do not recommend.
