Heather White seems very inexperienced. She is generally a "kind" person, but this does not work in legal situations particularly when opposing party is hostile. She is viewed as a push-over. Ms. White also allows her paralegal to speak too much on her behalf instead of answering questions and inquiries directly herself. The paralegal wants to act like an attorney but is not one. Do not select this attorney unless you want opposing party to walk all over you. In legal situations, people need someone who is going to fight and advocate on their behalf. Ms. White is more interested in "making nice" and maintaining the status quo instead of really getting out there and fighting for her clients. Sometimes, we were wondering if she were working for us or working for the other side. Her prices are outlandish compared to the lack of work and services they actually provide. Stay away unless you want to get taken to the cleaners by both Ms. White and opposing party.
