In my opinion Michael J. Kennedy has got to be the biggest baffoon of a lawyer I have ever dealt with. As a lay person in the law industry I have worked along side many lawyers and had communications with hundreds over my career. This guy however thinks he is above the law and can do what ever he thinks, such as writing to individuals who he is not even allowed to communicate with. There are many instances wherein he has communicated when there have been orders against him, barring him from communicating and yet he continues to do so. He's out of his mind and perhaps losing his faculties. A refresher course might be the answer.
