I had dealings with this lawyer a few years ago after receiving stern and inappropriate correspondence from him. Knowing lawyers are generally brilliant with their craft, I wondered if he was. Unfortunately Ron is not that smart at all, in my opinion. He wrote a piece "Friends being Adversaries".... essentially it about being careful what you post on Facebook, and so I wondered if he had an account. Indeed he did and he didn't practice what he preached at all. I found on his timeline that he accessed Facebook numerous times, during his working hours while at Thompson Rogers. In fact in the days leading up to Christmas and after Ron was busy playing around on Facebook posting this and that instead of actually working. He was being paid to work yet he was fooling around on social media. I had never seen an account removed so quickly as Ron Podolny's was and he hasn't ever re-activated it either. Afraid to get caught again I suppose. He was careless & let his own guard down.
