Mr. Fairlie charges excessive flat-rate fees to simply "hold your hand." He is one of those lawyers whom you wonder how he ever passed his bar exam. Mr. Fairlie simply does not know how to practice law so his efforts are to persuade his client that a plea bargain would be in his/her best interests when it is not.
