Moldaver CANNOT understand, read or write in French. He is an INCOMPETENT judge. All Supreme Court decisions
/ discussions / arguments are both in English and French as both languages have equal official status. All Supreme Court Staff is required to be FLUENT in both languages to assist the public. If in a public hearing Moldaver cannot understand French court hearings, he should be dismissed from the bench. Harper bent the rules for Moldaver / Rothstein and others, who are NOT bilingual. He is very critical of the Charter and will NOT pass any judgment against Nicholson / Harper, who appointed him. On top of that his scribbled illegible handwriting cannot be deciphered. ref. PM " French and English are truly the official equal languages that anyone can be reassured that all the arguments will be properly understood by everyone on the Supreme Court." Nicholson / Harper never celebrated 30 years of Charter. Moldaver got appointed because he is pro-conservative /critical of Charter.
