Vraiment un avocat qui ne prend pas soin de ses clients. Ne prend pas la peine de prendre connaissance du dossier, ne connait pas ses clients. Répond rarement à ses appels et lorsqu'il répond, s'empresse de dire qu'il est occupé. Vraiment l'impression qu'il ne fait que prendre le plus de client possible pour avoir le plus d'argent possible, sans vraiment tenter de bien représenter son client. Je ne lui fait aucunement confiance, ne semble pas savoir de quoi il parle et ne respecte pas sa parole. Autant lui que son fils, même histoire. Je vous le déconseille. Avoir lui comme avocat est la même chose que d'avoir aucun avocat.

avocats négligeants de père en fils. Ils prennent un maximum de mandats d'aide juridique et profitent de la vulnérabilité des gens, en faisant accepter des plaidoyers de culpabilité juste pour boucler le dossier plus rapidement et encaisser leur cashh. ils se présentent tôt au palais pour voir tous les détenus et leur vendre leur salade.

fantastic Lawyer, he took the time to listen to my case and from the get go was always on top of things. He asked me several times to explain my case and I told him i was Innocent from the beginning, I am sure with much research on his part and view the interrogation tape he believed me. We went to trial and WON! May Justice and a good Lawyer prevail.. I would Highly recommended him with all the years of experience he has to offer and deliver

All previous comments about this lawyer parallel my experience. I would also add that he should not be taking on cases for which he is not qualified to take on. At the last minute he passed on the case to his son and conversations previously held were ignored once his son took over. Very bad and chaotic representation.

I complained to the barreau du Quebec about this scumbag he seems to be working with the pigs!He does things without your consent and is lazy! He keeps you in the dark, his son is worse they both lied to me stating to go see another lawyer but they are not getting rid of me when in fact he was trying to pass my case to someone else! He is only after money this old fart!I suggest anyone who has this scumbag should complain to the barreau

Does not take even a few minutes to understand his client or circumstances. He agreed with the prosecutor about a sentence and did not inform me of the agreement. He did everything possible to avoid me before going into the court room. including RUNNING right by me. I heard of MY deal in front of the judge.....A lousy deal by the way. His only concern is the money. Once he is paid he doesn't even remember your name when you try to get in touch with him. I would not recommend this lawyer to an enemy.
