I had a simple partnership dissolution, no children. Instead of defending my financial interests, I paid $30,000+ to Attorney Smith at McKinley Irvin to lose my home, car and personal property because she drafted an incompetent Judgment that was uncollectible. My ex walked away with her quarter million dollar PERS, a luxury RV and both of our bulldogs, despite my ex earning 4X my wage. I had to sell my home of 22 yrs to pay my partnership mutual debt because Smith did not draft an appropriate legal judgment to defend and protect my interests. I paid her and McKinley Irvin $30k so I could lose everything at age 54 to my ex-partner of 26 yrs. I have copious documents in support of this review, including emails to Ms Smith begging her to protect my interests, which apparently didn't seem large enough to Atty Smith and McKinley Irvin to protect in good faith. She is a nice person, awful defender.
