This lawyer was minor’s counsel for our granddaughter. He personally withheld services and information from me and bald faced lied to me on several occasions. Two highly regarded professionals involved have told me directly that he mislead them as to the character of a particular child psychologist who he routinely works with - as he did in our case. Having knowledge and tenacity are not appreciated qualities if a lawyer is focused against your family and in alliance with others who are more interested in the "business" side of prolonging the situation for billable hours - which is a prevalent practice in family court here in San Diego - and throughout the country for that matter. It is a problem that is common knowledge to those dealing with custody battles in high conflict divorce cases. Suffice to say, I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone who is more concerned with their child’s welfare than they are with “beating” their spouse in court.
