Spencer Cohn won my EDD hearing after employer had 5 written statements and 4 employees stating they were going to quit if I continued to work. I was fired for misconduct, civil standby from police. I had a previous work injury from 19 months before so as I got closer to my WC doctor to diagnosis me the tighter the focus of employer to get me to quit or get fired. Thank you Spencer! Many recommendations from me!
