I have seen Attorney Cohn speak about Special Education Law and he is very knowledgeable and very invested and interested in the topic. He treats clients with respect and dignity and recognizes the importance of a fair education for everyone. I would definitely reccommend him to anyone needing a lawyer in this field.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable in the area of education law. Phil handles matters in a straight forward manner and gets to the root cause and provides solutions quickly. He has resources available to him to handle issues properly and does so without hesitation. In my case, I didn't know much about my rights and didn't think I could win alone. He made the whole process very easy for me and got me a really great outcome. I would give him a higher rating than five stars if I could. He is the best in Fairfield County and I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney with education matters. He won't disappoint you!

Missed very important facts at hearing, spent a LOT of time researching, "negotiated" essentially the same terms we'd initially been offered from the BOE and charged thousands for it. Refused to provide verification of billed time.
