If you want to hire a pen pal for the opposing counsel, Maia is the one. She writes tough letters that cost a lot of time and money, and never get anywhere closer to resolution. She can be very rude and arrogant, and yet surprisingly vapid. I was able to get further on my own.

Really not qualified to handle your case. Gets confused and has a blank stare when gets caught not understanding parts of Family Law when opposition and the Judge clearly do.

I cannot say enough goof things about Maia. She helped me through a most difficult time in my life and fought so hard for me to get me everything I wanted. her colleagues and the staff at Bookman law were always there for me. Whenever I called or visited I was made to feel like a member of their family. This is an outstanding lawyer and a fantastic law firm. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny. if you need a family lawyer or a divorce lawyer, call Maia. You will be very, very happy that you did.

Maia like many Lawyers quickly gets away from the facts of your case and begins the useless E-mail and letter process to opposing counsel, all separating you from your hard earned money and allowing the billing clock to tick. She is currently part of the Bookman Legal Firm of which Steven Bookman the founder has a checkered and shady past and is not respected by the Legal Community. After depleting your assets and cash the Bookman firm will decide it is finally time to settle leaving you in emotional termoil and in financial crisis. Save yourself the grief by staying away from this new Family Lawyer and the Bookman Law Firm

A new Lawyer to the Family Law practice and although she is overseen by Senior counsel really is not ready to support you at this time. Unfortunately, Family Law has become a battle of Excel Spreadsheets and you are going to have to hire top counsel if you have any means but let Rabinovitch make mistakes with someone else's case not yours.
