I invested years and thousands in Kristin and Cordell & Cordell. They advertised themselves as lawyers dads can count on. Both behaved unethically and unprofessionally.
As my case drew to a close, I asked Kristin about the quality of services I had received. (The judge’s position contradicted the vast majority of Kristin’s legal advice.) Rather than discuss my concerns, Kristin withdrew, leaving me without representation only days before trial. Because I followed Kristin’s advice, my ex-wife's harmful parenting remains unchecked, and I am in no better position to help my children.
Follow-up attempts with Client Care were unhelpful. I posed questions about quality, commitment, cost, truth in advertising, and value. My concerns were repeatedly sidestepped. I was treated more like a witness to be cross-examined than a paying client. When the Missouri Bar became involved, both Kristin and the firm refused to cooperate.
Dads: don’t hire Cordell & Cordell. You cannot count on them.

Dishonest and money driven. Kristin in this job to drag your litigation to leave your shirtless with no money to spare and definitely without your children. The best you can get is supervised visitation for which Kristin will make sure you pay $150 per visit. I was promised a lot. She let me down big time. She cares only about money.

Kristin Zurek is a unique attorney, she became my attorney in my divorce and custody case in 2017 she took on my case when I literally was against all odds my previous attorney played me bad and left me high and dry 3 weeks prior to trial. Thats how I found Kristin at Cordell & Cordell she is seriously a god send, she was upfront the entire time, she was honest, she stood up for me and as He taught me to have hope.. For anyone that reads this that may sound corny to you but if you had met me then you'd know I'm not the most sensitive or understanding guy.. Anyhow Kristin Zurek was involved super easy to contact this is one person who I'd walk through Hell for i no that may not be professional but it's the truth, so if your considering Kristin as your attorney, my advice is You won't find someone better. Kristin is and always will be the best on my eyes.
