I contacted Hubbard @ Blakley for a criminal matter and met Marcell at there office .At my next court date I gave Marcell the power to act in the courts for me .I did not hear from him untill 1 week before trial . I heard of my trial date thruogh the porbation in Cranbrook that I had to report to .I was offerd a deal one week before trial Marcell contacted me and I went in to talk to him , we counter offered .Two days later his secretary call me to say crown refused counter and what do I want to do .I asked to speak to Maecell and was told he was out of office for the day .I was allso told I had to deside now as she had to give the crown a answer by end of day .At the meeting 1 week before trial Marcell told me the police mad made a mistake and that why the deal offer , so under pesure I desided to go to trial .His big defence was the police had forgot to give him a Puralator receit. The crown was quick to produce the receit that was in the diclosure .He mist this very easy thing!
